Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original LEVEL8 box, ensuring all protective dust bags and tags are included to maintain product integrity.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
